What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay and AMANDA MONIQUE gift cards.

What is the minimum spend to receive free shipping?

You will receive free shipping for orders of $200 or more.

How do I know if my order was successful?

When you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email titled “Order Confirmation” which will include all details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us at hello@amandamonique.com.au.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped we will send you an email notification titled “Shipping Confirmation” which will include all details of your order along with a unique tracking number. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at hello@amandamonique.com.au.

I received my order but I’m not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?
